Stefanos Daskalakis: Anthropoi

Stefanos Daskalakis: Anthropoi

A collection of paintings by Stefanos Daskalakis. Daskalakis, born in Pireaus in 1952, was an assistant to famed artist Yannis Tsarouchis. Daskalakis’ aesthetic paintings of still life, interior spaces and human figures, combine austerity with a warm sensitivity that give emphasis to his subjects and shadows while balancing a diverse colour palette.
