GROUP & PUBLIC TOURS
Explore the highlights of our God's, Myths & Mortals exhibition at the Hellenic Museum through a guided tour.
Informative hour-long tours, led by a dedicated staff member, are an ideal way to engage with the artefacts and are available to book for weekdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To book a weekday tour, a minimum of 8 individuals is required, with a maximum of 20 per tour. Tours in Greek are also available.
Tours are also available every Saturday at 11:30 AM and are open to the public. There is no minimum number for groups for this tour, although the maximum is 15 individuals. To secure a spot, please book in advance through email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cost per person for tours is $15 for general admission and $10 for concession card holders (valid student, healthcare, senior or pensioner ID). Visitors can enjoy the museum's other exhibitions after the tour.
TOURS FOR SCHOOLS
The Hellenic Museum welcomes all school learners, including those in tertiary education.
Please note that bookings are required for all school groups, whether guided or self-guided, visiting the Museum.
For guided tours, teachers have FREE entry.
A teacher's guide is available to introduce educators to our Gods, Myths & Mortals collection before your visit. It includes guiding questions that may be used before and after your visit to engage students with the collection.
It is available to view and download HERE.
We can tailor our tours to fit school curriculums or areas of interest. Contact us to further discuss how we can best fit our collection with your educational needs.
SELF GUIDED TOURS
Self-guided tours are available for those who wish to lead their own group through the museum. There is no minimum number of individuals for a self-guided tour, but a maximum of 20 people still applies.
Self-guided tours do still need to be booked in advance although they may be booked for both weekdays and weekends as they do not require a staff member to lead them.
The cost for self-guided tours is the entry cost to the museum, which is $10 for general admission and $5 for concession cardholders.
