ARTIST-LED PROGRAMS & EVENTS
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Hellenic Museum is Australia's only museum dedicated to preserving and showcasing Greek art, history and culture. Located in the City of Melbourne, home to one of the largest Greek diaspora communities in the world, our mission is to inspire a passion for Hellenic culture from the ancient to the contemporary.
Across the year, the Museum hosts a wide range of programs and events. We are committed to building artistic partnerships with Greek and non-Greek artists, and reimagining Greek culture through a contemporary lens.
The Hellenic Museum invites creatives of all disciplines and levels of experience to express their interest in facilitating a workshop with us. From first-time teachers to experienced facilitators, and from fine art to performance art – if your artistic practice or workshop idea is aligned with our themes and exhibitions, we would love to hear from you.
Complete the below Expression of Interest form to join the Hellenic Museum Artist Register. If a suitable opportunity arises for your background, or you propose a workshop idea which is shortlisted, a Workshop Program Officer will contact you to further discuss your submission and our potential to support you in hosting a workshop.
Applications are open year round and assessed on a monthly basis. Please note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a place in the program. Due to a high volume of submissions, applicants may only receive a response when their submission progresses.
