Ancient Cultures: Greece and Rome

This workshop is an exploration of the cultural, economic and political intersection between ancient Greece and Rome; two of the most influential and far-reaching civilisations in the Western world. By interpreting ancient literature and artefacts (including Greek and Roman pottery, coins, statues and marble reliefs), students investigate authority and power, wealth, human societies and the limitations of the western world.
