Ancient Cultures: Greece and Rome

This workshop is an exploration of the cultural, economic and political intersection between ancient Greece and Rome; two of the most influential and far-reaching civilisations in the Western world. By interpreting ancient literature and artefacts (including: Greek and Roman pottery, coins, statues and marble reliefs), students investigate authority and power, wealth, human societies and the limitations of the western world.
