Join us this holiday season as we travel back in time and discover some exciting scientific discoveries made by the ancient Greeks and get better acquainted with one of history’s ancient thinkers, Archimedes.

We will explore the mind of Archimedes and how he viewed everyday life with a lens of curious wonder.

During this workshop, we will learn more about the contributions and discoveries Archimedes made that still impacts us in our daily life. We will recreate Archimedes' famous “Screw”, learn how we use mechanical levers almost every day and experiment how different objects float on a liquid.

Join us as we kick off the Ancient Thinkers Initiative with the Syracusan with the vision, the one, the only...ARRRRCHIMEDES!
