O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000)
Sometimes you have to lose your way to get back home. In 1937 Mississippi, Ulysses (George Clooney) struggles to adjust to his hard-labour sentence. After escaping from the chain-gang with fellow prisoners Delmar and Pete, the trio sets out in pursuit of freedom and the promise of a buried fortune. With a relentless lawman on their tails, they find themselves on an epic journey of music, adventure and colourful characters. Homer's The Odyssey meets the American South in this Coen Brothers classic.
