About the Event

The Fig Tree Replanted is a reinterpretation of The Fig Tree, one of The Boite’s most successful artistic productions in its 40-year history. Premiered in 2003, the original concert at the ABC’s Iwaki Auditorium, subsequent festival tours and award-winning accompanying CD were musical companions to the popular book of short stories of the same name by beloved Melbourne author Arnold Zable.
